Major responsibilities include aiding in ministries coordination, encouraging effective member involvement, and overseeing a growing small groups ministry. To accomplish this the person will need excellent relational skills and a willingness to initiate meaningful contact with others. The church is seeking an individual with recent experience and demonstrated abilities in these areas. In addition, experience and ability in any of the following areas is desirable but not a requirement for consideration: worship leading and/or planning, teaching, education ministry, and campus ministry. An understanding of the challenges and transitions experienced by a growing church would be a plus.
